of age must bring a signed permission or
signed Adrenaline Zone Waiver with
a copy of their parents or your guardian’s
ID, or have a parent or guardian
sign the form at the field on the day of
play. We can send the Adrenaline Zone Waiver
to you upon request or you can download
the waiver. |
